Another great village event!

The village pop-up pub, “The Stroll Inn”, opened its doors again on Friday 30th August for another enjoyable social. The late summer sun made an appearance in the afternoon and although the nights are definitely drawing it was still warm enough to keep the ‘pub’ doors open all evening.

Despite it being the holiday season the evening was well-attended and it was lovely to see so many of you there.

Many thanks once again to ‘landlords’ Tim and Stevie for organising the whole event. On this occasion they were asssisted by the three Js: Jacky, Judy and Julian for the pub set up and ‘ambience’, cider was supplied by Martin and deputy barman Steve helped keep the drinks flowing through the evening.

The next pub night is planned for Friday 29th November so watch out for more details on that nearer the time.
